I had something very embarrassing happen to me a little while ago so in order to not repeat situation i tried to get viagra from my doctor but he said no cause i didnt need it and i probably dont but i want to have some for the situations that when the time comes i fail to meet certain expectations ill be ready. so i want to get some off craigslist but a ffriend says its illegal while another says viagra is legal and so it wouldn't be but im not sure of which is right.
Viagra is only legal to whom it is prescribed to. It is also only legal if it was prescribed by your doctor and picked up at a pharmacy. Transfering medications from one person to another is actually a federal crime.

No. The people on Craig's List would be called dealers and you would be called a drug user. The only way to legally obtain Viagra (or any other prescription medication) is with a valid prescription from a licensed doctor, after an examination.
