블로그 시작한지 3일째..
날씨가 너무 춥다.. 어제 삶아 놓은 고구마순을 볶아서 밥먹었는데..
고구마순이 너무 질기네;;(TT)
그래도 한식조리사 경력 10년을 넘어서는데..(밥돌이로는 20년을 넘었다;;)
이런걸 실패하다니..
질겨서 턱 빠질 것 같지만..(덜그럭~덜그럭;;)
맛은 일품이네~(흠흠..)
남들은 블로깅하면서 레시피도 만들고하지만..
아...정말 귀찮은 작업이구나.. 완성하고 사직 찍는 것도 힘드네..
그래도 레시피는 만들어봐야겠네..
내맘대로~고구마순볶음 레시피~!!
말린고구마순150g,간장5t,설탕2.5t,다진마늘2t,파 한뿌리,후추,다시다2t,참기름5t,고추가루5t,소금(적당히)
1.고구마순 말린것(150g) -(너무많음..;;2인기준으로 50g이면 될거같음..)
솥에 물을 팔팔 끓인뒤~ 10여분 동안 끓인다~ (연하게 먹을려면 1시간은 끓이자;;)
하루저녘을 담가 놓구잔다~;;...
